sacred practice circle - gatherings & events

where ritual, play, exploration, creating and community meet

CEMEMONY & COMMUNITY MAKE LIFE MEANINGFUL

  • the essence that gives life its deep, rich, alive meaning. The thing you know and crave.

The sacredness that we will bring about intentionally through ritual and ceremony and the sacred that is with(in) each of our beings.

if you’re not quite sure, think of it as that feeling you get when you’re looking at something so beautiful you can’t help be feel awe

  • we all need a regular container to practice who we want to embody.

this includes both the scientific & pragmatic form-based movement and creative, exploratory expression.

the “practice” will encompass an integration of the numerous somatic modalities I’ve studied and lived for a decade.

    - movement modalites - breath - nervous system regulation - mindfulness - sensuality - soft tissue release

  • group wounds have to heal in a group.

Circle is the group container — everyone is equal in circle.
Nothing brings more satisfaction and depth to life than sharing it with others in community.

Loneliness and shame “can’t survive being spoken”. Joy and pleasure craved to shared.

Circle evokes a deep reverence for the lineage of gathering that have come before us.

Circle is the ultimate mirror and the most efficient way to try out new ways of being, and processing what comes through you with folks who are truly in it with you and have shared values.

RIGHTEOUS ANGER CEREMONY

  • small, closed group container

if you’ve been feeling like anger, frustration, rage, tension are festering inside you but don’t know how or have a place for them to be felt, witnessed and expressed

    this is for you

We’ll slowly open to the sensation and allow it to arise — not forcing it

I’ll guide you into your capacity to feel your anger without it over taking you while facilitating it’s released

being held in circle by the land and other women is the ultimate and ideal way for these firey sensations to release and alchemize

we’ll integrate & share the experience as a group. You’ll be seen, feel clearer while deshaming & empowered by the righteous anger you possess.

  • There’s a need in our culture to guide women into expressing anger.

It’s natural. Rage exists in each of us & rightfully so.

    But we’ve been told

“There’s no place for it. No room for it. It’s too loud. Too ugly. Too shameful. Is really just grief. For men. Can’t be angry and not be violent or mean.
    It’s too much”

This is why this ceremony exists.

To rewrite these stories and hold space for angry to exist, safety and on purpose.

  • 22nd of October | 2:30 - 5PM

I’ll bring blankies, props and the altar
